I'm exhausted...

These days I feel very tired...
Usually I sleep about 5 or 6 hours and that was enough for me.
But now no matter how long I sleep I can't feel refreshed. And also I can wake up on time but I can't feel that I slept enough.
What do you think can make my sleep better...?

These are things I do when I feel exhausted.
・sleep in certain hours you made

even though you are exhausted, you should wake up at the same time. Sometimes sleeping enough makes you feel sluggish.

・exercise as much as you want

but be careful, if you do it too much, muscular pain will be another cause of your feeling exhausted(laugh)

・eating grapefruit
even just smelling of it will makes you refleshed

I hope you will be cheerful as you usually are.

I hate not having enough sleep. It just ruins my day! What works for me? Fresh air and exercise every day; not drinking too much coffee or tea... and especially not drinking caffine in the evening; drinking herbal tea; and YOGA! Good luck getting some sleep.

On the TV, it proposed that
You would feel refreshed by tepid water bath before you go to bed.
Please try it!!
